Excellent service from the office staff, technician, and install team! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Robert was so helpful, polite, and knowledgeable! He diagnosed my issue and kept me informed through the whole process and I am so glad he was my service technician! Wilbur's has always taken care of me and treated me like family! I will always recommend Wilbur's to everyone I know! Thank you all so very much!

So professional & polite!

Robert Light from Wilbur came today to check a heat pump in our den. He was so professional and polite. He’s returning tomorrow to put in a new unit and we have no doubt that we will receive the same treatment. Thank you, Wilbur Air, for hiring people of such a high caliber.

Wilbur's has been great to work with. We have had them over several times and most recently to install a new furnace. After the install,  it was really loud and the team came out twice to figure out how to make it run quieter. Robert, Will, Jacob, and Travis did an incredible job! Will definitely be calling them again!

These guys were fantastic!

Torrance and Matt came out to diagnose a suspected water leak. Turns out my water heater went bad while I was on vacation and flooded my crawlspace. These guys were fantastic. It feels good to have honest people come to service you, and you can tell they really cared about the customer. Techs were really concerned and made a personal connection that is unmatched with any companies I've dealt with in the past.

I have used Wilbur’s several times on jobs big and small on an older multi-family community and they always go the extra mile and get the job done right. We have had some major issues that they were able to fix like new! Sometimes a little high but worth it every time. Highly recommend using Wilbur. We bought a house built in the 60s and have had huge plumbing issues. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Matt and Torrence specifically are incredibly hard workers and we appreciate their business
